Before venturing into having our home built we heard many horrific stories about people’s experiences, but our experience with Thomas Cochren Homes was certainly the opposite and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Right from the beginning everyone from the team was extremely professional and accommodating and easy to work with. Through the construction of our home emails and calls were always answered promptly with personal attention and we are certainly happy and proud of the final product. The after sales service has also exceeded our expectations. We recently had our daughter’s fourth birthday party and everyone who attended was full of compliments.
